Paul Manafort reportedly was wiretapped by feds
Paul Manafort, once the campaign chairman for Donald Trump, was the subject of wiretaps by federal investigators during and after the campaign, CNN reported Monday.
This monitoring was discontinued by the time Manafort took his post in Trump's campaign.
A second FISA warrant targeting Manafort was approved as part of a probe of the Trump campaign's alleged interactions with Russian operatives, the sources said.
Another Trump adviser, Carter Page, was similarly targeted by surveillance under a FISA warrant.
In addition to the home in Arlington, Manafort has a residence in Trump Tower.
